Membership Hold
Freezing Your Membership
We have recently changed the way we handle requests.
Please read all the information carefully before submitting the form.
- All membership holds must be submitted at least 3 working days prior to the start of your membership hold to allow processing.
- Membership holds must be for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks.
- During the hold, payments and app access will be temporarily paused.
- A payment will be taken on the end date to enable class reservations.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.
