Cancelling Your Membership

We have recently updated our process for membership terminations.


Please read the details carefully before submitting your request.



  • All membership requests must be submitted at least 3 working days to allow processing.
  • Termination will suspend payments and app access.
  • Any outstanding payments must be cleared prior to termination.
  • If you're part of a couple’s membership, the remaining member’s rate will be adjusted accordingly.
